Saturday 6th & Sunday 7th Sept - Melksham River FestivalThis year is the 100th anniversary of the Wilts & Berks Canal closure. The canal was closed by Act of Parliament in 1914 and the Trust is planning to mark this event by holding a 2 day River Festival, on the river at Melksham, King George V Playing Fields. Further details will be available in due course on the Trust web site. www.wbct.org.uk
